Account
Open Settings → Organization → Members and click Invite. You can paste up to 50 emails at once and assign each invitee a specific role — Admin, Recruiter, Trainer, or Viewer — so permissions are scoped from day one.
Each invitee receives a magic link by email. They join the organization automatically the first time they sign in, with no extra password to share. You can revoke an invitation, change a role, or remove a member at any time from the same page.
- Pending invitations expire after 14 days and can be re-sent in one click.
- Adding members beyond your plan's seat count triggers a prorated charge on the next invoice.
- Audit logs record every member change so you can review who invited whom.
